How do I set cooking temperature and cooking time?

Press the button briefly to select cooking time or temperature setting (symbols c/o for each setting). Use + and - buttons to adjust settings in desired increments. Cooking temperatures range from 80°C to 200°C, and cooking times can be set up to 60 minutes.
