How do I troubleshoot a humidifier that won't turn on or off?

Check the terminal connections for proper wiring, ensure the humidistat terminals are connected to an on/off device, and verify the fuse on PCB is working correctly. Also, make sure the breaker is appropriately sized for the amperage draw (Page 25).
