How do I roast or braise food in my Aroma Roaster Oven?

Place the cooking pan into the roaster oven and place the lid on top securely, then plug into a 120V AC wall outlet. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired temperature and allow the roaster to preheat until the indicator light turns off. Open the lid cautiously, place the roasting rack into the cooking pan, add your ingredients, and cover with the lid. After cooking, remove the food and turn the temperature dial to Min before unplugging.
