How do I clear RTC RAM using the jumper on my ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming motherboard?

To clear the Real Time Clock (RTC) RAM via jumper, turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord. Short-circuit pin 1-2 with a metal object or jumper cap for about 5-10 seconds, then plug in the power cord and turn ON the computer to enter BIOS setup and re-enter data. If it does not help, remove the onboard battery and move the jumper again before reinstalling the battery. (Page 9)
