What memory types and maximum capacity does the ROG Strix B450-F Gaming support?

The motherboard supports four DDR4 DIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 64GB. It supports DDR4 speeds of 2133/2400/2666 MHz natively, and up to 3200 MHz via overclocking (O.C.), using unbuffered and non-ECC memory. A DDR4 module is notched differently from DDR, DDR2, or DDR3 modules, so do not install older memory types into the DDR4 slots. (Page ix, 1-5)
