Which M.2 slot sizes and interface modes are supported on this motherboard?

The M.2_1 slot (connected to the Intel 13th/12th Gen processor) supports Key M type 2242/2260/2280 in PCIe 4.0 x4 mode. The M.2_2 slot (Intel B760 Chipset) supports type 2242/2260/2280/22110 in PCIe 4.0 x4 mode, and M.2_3 (Intel B760 Chipset) supports type 2242/2260/2280 in PCIe 4.0 x4 mode. If the thermal pad on the M.2 heatsink becomes damaged, it should be replaced with a thermal pad of 1.25mm thickness.
