After pressing [START], press and hold the [<] button until the 'Child Lock' LED illuminates (on some models, 'CL' appears on the display after approximately 4 seconds). Once active, no buttons except [ON/OFF] will function. To deactivate, press and hold the [<] button again until the 'Child Lock' LED goes out or 'CL' disappears from the display. (Pages 20–21)
