What is the Super function and when should I use it?

The Super function makes both the freezer and refrigerator compartments colder. It should be used to freeze food solid as quickly as possible, 4–6 hours before freezing food weighing 2 kg or more, or to use the maximum freezing capacity. After approximately 2.5 days, the appliance automatically switches back to normal operation. (Page 11)
