What type of cookware should I use with this cooktop?

Use flat, heavy bottom pans with aluminum or copper bottoms that conduct heat evenly. Match the pan diameter to the flame size so the flame is the same size as the bottom of the pan or smaller. Do not use thin, warped, dented, or ridged pans as they heat unevenly.
