How do I clean the drain pump?

Take the drain hose out of the retainer, remove the plug and release the washing water (the container may need emptying several times), unscrew the pump cover, clean the pump housing and remove any foreign objects, ensure the impeller can turn freely, replace and screw the pump cover firmly in place, and place the kick panel in the 4 clip-in slots.
