What should I do before using the washer-dryer for the first time?

Before washing for the first time, run a wash programme without any laundry to remove residual water from factory testing. Make sure the transport safety bolts have been removed, add ½ measuring cup of detergent to compartment II, select a 60°C programme, and press Start. At the end, leave the door open to allow the inside to dry. (Page 9)
