How do I correctly dose and tamp coffee in my Breville Bambino?

Grind enough coffee to fill the filter basket, tap several times, then tamp with about 30-40 lbs of pressure. Using the Razor™ tool, trim excess off the surface to achieve a proper distribution of coffee grounds.
