How do I reset the espresso shot volumes to factory defaults?
Turn the machine off by pressing 1 CUP and STEAM simultaneously, then press and hold the 1 CUP and 2 CUP buttons for 5 seconds until the buttons illuminate. Press either the 1 CUP or 2 CUP button and the light will flash 3 times to confirm all volumes have been reset to factory defaults. The machine will then return to ready mode. (Page 17)
