What should I do if the steam wand becomes blocked?

If the machine detects a blocked steam wand during milk texturing, it will immediately stop operating, the STEAM button light will turn off, and both the MILK TEMP and MILK FOAM lights will fully illuminate and flash. Try manually purging the steam wand first; if still blocked, unscrew the steam wand tip using the steam tip cleaning tool (located under the water tank) and use the tool to unblock the holes. Rinse, reassemble, and purge the steam wand after cleaning. (Page 13, 16)
