What are the possible paper jam error messages on the DCP-B7500D?
The machine can display five paper jam error messages: Document Jam, Jam Rear, Jam 2-sided, Jam Tray, and Jam Inside. These messages indicate where the paper is stuck in your machine. You can also see jam status messages in the Brother Status Monitor on your computer. (Page 14)
