How do I connect the HL-2460 to a PC using a USB cable?
You must install the driver before connecting the USB interface cable to the printer — if you have already connected it, remove it first. After following the on-screen installation instructions, connect the USB interface cable to your PC and then to the printer with the power switch on. (Page 2)
