What should I check first if my printer is not working properly?
First, verify that the machine's power cord is connected correctly and the power is on, and that all orange protective parts have been removed. Also check that paper is inserted correctly in the paper tray, interface cables are securely connected, and for network models, confirm that the access point, router, or hub is turned on and its link indicator is blinking.
