How do I adjust the power lumbar support on my front seats?

Press the lumbar control forward to increase support and rearward to decrease support in the lower seatback. Press the control up or down to raise or lower the support mechanism. Keep in mind that as your seating position changes during long trips, you should adjust the lumbar support as needed. (Page 10)
