Without a compensation lens, the focus adjustment range is –10 to +15 D. For patients outside this range, diopter compensation photography can be used: the negative compensation lens covers –31 to –7 D, and the positive compensation lens covers +11 to +33 D. Note that AF and AS functions are not available in diopter compensation mode. (Page 47)
