How do I properly level the front table to ensure accurate cuts?

Place the rear table on its edge across the front table to check for gaps. For gaps less than 1/32 inch in the center, turn the setscrew with a flat blade screwdriver until it touches the frame and lightly secure the center pan head screw. For gaps more than 1/32 inch in the center, raise the center by turning the setscrew against the frame. For gaps more than 1/32 inch on the sides, lower the center by tightening the center pan head screw and then tighten the setscrew. (Page 33)
