How do I switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats?
In normal time mode, press R2 to display the alarm time, then hold R2 and press L2 to select between 12 or 24-hour format. The 'PM' or 'AM' symbol indicates 12-hour format; without these symbols, the watch is in 24-hour format.
