Why won't my Dyson SV12 turn on or charge?
Your machine will not operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F), as this is designed to protect both the motor and battery. Ensure you are using the machine in a warmer environment before attempting to charge or operate it. (Page 6)
