How do I access the diagnostic cycle on my Electrolux Ultimatecare 700?

To enter diagnostics mode, switch off the appliance and press and hold START/PAUSE and any option button horizontally or buttons 2 & 3 vertically. Turn the programme selector clockwise one position while holding these buttons until LEDs flash (about 5 seconds). To exit, cycle power by turning it on/off twice.
