What should I do if I get error code E-2, E-3, or E-7 on the network connection report?
These errors indicate that no wireless network names (SSID) were found or that the entered security key or password does not match the router. Try turning off the router or access point, waiting about 10 seconds, and turning it on again, and move your product closer to the router while removing any obstacles between them. Also confirm that the SSID shown on the network connection report matches the label on your router, that your SSID uses only ASCII characters, and that you are using the correct password.
