What should I do if my ET-2800 won't connect to Wi-Fi?

First, make sure your router or access point is turned on and correctly connected. Turn off the router, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Move your product closer to the router and remove obstacles between them. Confirm the SSID shown on the network connection report matches your router's label and uses only ASCII characters. Check that you're using the correct password from your router's label. If the connection still fails, print a network connection report to identify specific error codes and their solutions.
