What should I do if I get an E-2 or E-3 error code on the network connection report?

These error codes indicate no wireless network names (SSID) found or that the security key/password does not match. Make sure your router or access point is turned on and correctly connected, turn off and on again after 10 seconds, move your product closer to the router, confirm the SSID matches your router's label, and verify you are using the correct password. If using WPS, make sure your router supports it. (Page 43)
