What should I do if my car has emergency locking retractor seat belts?
If your vehicle is fitted with an Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) that only locks during sudden stops, use a locking clip to prevent slack in the seat belt. Refer to page 43 for instructions on how to install the locking clip.
