How do I force synchronization with the WiFi if the thermostat is having connection issues?

With the display off, long press the "Finder" logo until horizontally-moving dashes appear. Wait a few seconds after the display has turned off before pressing the Finder logo. If the current temperature appears after this force sync, the connection was successful; otherwise, check the error code displayed.
