What type of batteries does the remote control use and are there any safety warnings?
The remote control uses AAA size batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, and do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Batteries should be kept out of reach of children due to ingestion hazards. (Page 2)
