Frigidaire recommends setting the fresh food compartment to 37°F (3°C) and the freezer to 0°F (-18°C) for kitchen use. Allow 24 hours for the unit to stabilize and reach the desired temperatures before making any adjustments. After 24 hours, you can adjust the controls as desired. (Page 2)
