Frigidaire recommends setting the fresh food compartment to 37°F (3°C) and the freezer to 0°F (-18°C). Allow 24 hours for the unit to stabilize and reach the desired temperatures before making any further adjustments. After 24 hours, you can adjust the controls as desired. (Page 2)
