How do I adjust the oven thermostat if my oven seems to cook too hot or too cold?

Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads at the same time for 3 seconds until the display shows SF, then press the BAKE pad. Use the TEMP + pad to increase or TEMP – pad to decrease the temperature in 1-degree increments, up to 35°F hotter or cooler. Press START when finished, and the adjustment will be retained in memory even after a power failure. (Page 12)
