How can I remove spots and film from my glassware?

Use Jet-Dry® rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up. To remove stubborn spots and pre-existing film, remove all metal utensils, run the longest cycle without detergent for 18-22 minutes, then pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom and complete the cycle. If vinegar doesn't work, repeat using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead. (Page 22)
