How do I remove spots and film from glasses and flatware?

Use Jet-Dry rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up on dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and plastics. To remove stubborn existing film, remove all metal utensils, add no detergent, select the longest cycle, and after 18–22 minutes pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher and allow the cycle to complete. If vinegar doesn't work, repeat the process using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead of vinegar. (Page 22)
