What should I do if there are suds in the dishwasher tub?
GE GSC470 Dishwasher ·
Only use automatic dishwasher detergents, as sudsing detergents are not meant for dishwashers and can cause the unit to overflow. To remove existing suds, open the dishwasher and let the suds evaporate, then add 1 gallon of cold water to the tub, close and latch the door, and pump out the water by slowly turning the control dial until a drain period is reached. Repeat if necessary. (Page 14)
