How do I use the Auto Defrost feature?

Press DEFROST AUTO/TIME once, then enter the food weight using the Conversion Guide (ounces must be converted to tenths of a pound), and press START. The oven will signal TURN twice during defrosting — at each signal, turn the food over and remove defrosted portions or shield warm areas with small pieces of foil. Auto Defrost can be used for meat, poultry, and fish weighing up to 6 pounds.
