What should I do if my refrigerator ice dispenser is not working?
Check if the icemaker feeler arm is in the STOP (up) position—it should be in the ON (down) position for the icemaker to operate. Verify that the water supply is turned on and connected. If cubes are present but not dispensing, break up any ice clumps in the storage bin with fingertip pressure. If there are no ice cubes at all, ensure the icemaker is turned on and water supply is connected, and allow 24 hours for the freezer to cool properly if newly installed. (Pages 5-7, 17)
