How do I adjust the harness height to fit my child?

To adjust harness height, loosen the harness straps and from the back of the car seat, remove the harness strap loops from the splitter plate. Pull the harness straps out from the front of the car seat and insert them into the new location, ensuring they are not twisted and are at the same height. The harness straps must be at or just below the child's shoulders. For smaller babies with shoulders at or below the lowest two slots, use the upper loops; for larger babies with shoulders at or below the upper two slots, use the lower loops. Make sure the strap loops are completely on the splitter plate. (Pages 45-48)
