How do I use the LATCH system to install the Graco car seat?

Extend LATCH to its maximum length and place the car seat firmly against the vehicle seat. Thread LATCH through the belt path with the belt laying flat and not twisted. Hook the LATCH connectors to the vehicle lower anchors and pull firmly to ensure they are attached. Tighten LATCH by pushing down hard on the car seat and pulling the adjustment belt. All LATCH seating positions have tether anchors, so secure the top of the seat using the tether strap. Perform a safety check by twisting and pulling the car seat to ensure it is very tight.
