Which child should be placed in the front seat when using the stroller?

Always place the heaviest child, or the heaviest child and car seat combination, in the front seat. You should always place the child or car seat in the front seat first, and always remove the child or car seat from the rear seat first. Placing weight only in the rear seat could cause the stroller to tip backwards. (Page 5)
