How do I attach a Graco infant car seat to the Fold Stroller?

Recline the stroller seat back to its lowest position, position the mounting notches over the tray, and push down on the car seat until the attachment latch snaps onto the tray. Then pull the elastic straps through the vehicle belt hook on both sides of the car seat and check that it is securely attached by pulling up on it. (Page 23-25)
