How do I open and unfold the Graco Fold Stroller?
To open the stroller, locate the FOLD/UNFOLD strap under the pocket, pull the strap, and pull up on the handle as shown in the manual. Always check that the stroller is completely latched open every time you open it before continuing with assembly steps. (Page 9)
