Can I use the Graco 4Ever DLX Grad on an airplane?

Yes, this car seat is certified for use in commercial aircraft, but only when using the harness system and without using the lockoff. It must be used only on forward-facing aircraft seats. The car seat is NOT certified for aircraft use in booster mode or seat belt trainer mode because aircraft do not have shoulder belts. (Pages 5, 14)
