Can I put a snowsuit or bulky clothing on my child when placing them in the car seat?

Do not put snowsuits or bulky garments on your child when placing them in the car seat, as bulky clothing can prevent the harness straps from being tightened properly. To keep your child warm, buckle them in the car seat first and then place a blanket around them, or place the child's coat on backwards after buckling in. (Page 62)
