What happens when the oven door is opened while cooking?

The oven is equipped with a Safety Auto Off door switch that cuts off power to the unit when the oven door is opened. Additionally, the bulb-saver feature will turn the interior light off when the door is opened while the oven is on. The light turns on again when the door is closed and cooking resumes. (Page 5)
