What is the warranty on the CT3355 thermostat, and how do I make a warranty claim?

Honeywell provides a limited one-year warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, excluding the battery. To make a claim, you can return the product with dated proof of purchase to the retailer, or mail it carefully packaged with proof of purchase and a description of the malfunction to Honeywell's Return Goods Department in Plymouth, MN (or North York, Ontario for Canada). This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs. (Page 39)
