What are the recommended filter replacement intervals?
The HEPA Filters should be replaced every 12 months, and the Odor Reducing Pre-Filter should be replaced every 3 months, especially if there have been heavy odors and airborne particles in the home. These are guidelines only and filters should be checked periodically as individual home conditions may vary.
