What should I do if my thermostat loses WiFi connection?

If your thermostat loses WiFi connection, the offline symbol (WiFi icon with strikethrough) will appear in the upper-right corner. First, ensure your WiFi router is plugged in and broadcasting a signal. You can wait 5 minutes for automatic reconnection, or select an alternate network in the Resideo App configuration menu if you have one available. If the thermostat still cannot reconnect, try resetting your router according to its manual. Note that manual temperature adjustments still work without WiFi, but remote features like geofencing will not function.
