When and how should I replace the batteries in my T6 Pro Thermostat?

Replace the batteries when the low battery icon appears on the display, which happens approximately two months before full depletion. It is also recommended to replace batteries annually to maintain backup power. Alkaline batteries are recommended for replacement. (Page 2)
