What type of batteries does the TH3000 thermostat use?
The TH3000 thermostat uses AA alkaline batteries. To replace them, pull the thermostat from the wallplate at the bottom, turn it over, insert the fresh batteries, and then reinstall the thermostat. (Page 9)
